We process this information on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by checking the consent box on our sign-up form.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email or by contacting us using the details below — this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal. We retain your newsletter information for as long as you remain subscribed; once you unsubscribe, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep records for longer for legal reasons.
How We Disclose Personal Information
In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes, including:
- With vendors and other third parties who perform services on our behalf (e.g. payment processing, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage).
- With third-party trip, retreat, or accommodation providers where necessary to fulfill a booking you have made with them through our Services.

Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites not affiliated with or controlled by us, you should review their own privacy and security policies. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of such sites.
Children's Data
The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us to request that it be deleted.
Security and Retention of Your Information
No security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us. How long we retain your personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
We use Supabase as our database and hosting provider for account, waitlist, and newsletter information. Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Paris, France).
Merchandise purchases are processed through Shopify, which enables us to run our online store. When you buy something from us, the information you provide (such as your name, address, and payment details) is shared with Shopify and, where applicable, used to fulfil your order through our print-on-demand partners. Shopify may act as a data controller for certain aspects of this processing; see Shopify's own privacy policy for details.

If you reside in the UK or European Economic Area, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
You may exercise any of these rights by contacting us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, as permitted or required under applicable law.
